ONLINE STORE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

§1
General Provisions

  1. The online store [hereinafter referred to as the "Store"] conducts retail sales via the Internet by the Store Owner, based on these Terms and Conditions [hereinafter referred to as the "Terms"].

  3. The term "Consumer" refers to a natural person making a legal transaction not directly related to their business or professional activity.

  4. The Terms are an integral part of the sales agreement concluded with the customer.

  5. To conclude a sales agreement, the customer must accept the Terms during the ordering process by checking the appropriate box in the form.

  6. All prices in the Store are gross prices (including VAT).

  7. Goods available in the Store are free from physical and legal defects.


§2
Orders

  1. Orders can be placed via the form available on the Store's website. Orders are produced and shipped within 2 business days.

  2. The order will be processed once the customer provides data allowing verification of the customer and the recipient. The Store confirms acceptance of the order via email or phone.

  3. The information on the Store's website at the time of placing the order, in particular: price, product features, items included, delivery time and method, is binding for both parties.

  4. The information on the Store's website does not constitute an offer as defined in the Civil Code. By placing an order, the customer submits a purchase offer. The sales agreement is concluded upon confirmation by the Seller of accepting the order for processing.


§3
Payments

  1. The customer can choose from the payment methods listed under the "Payment Methods" tab.

  2. Delivery costs are specified in the delivery price list.

  3. Goods will only be released upon payment for the product and shipping.

  4. Online payments, including instant transfers and card payments, are processed by PayPro S.A.

  5. We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard).

Shipping

  1. Ordered goods are shipped by courier.

  2. For card payments, the order processing time starts upon successful transaction authorization.

Complaints

  1. In case of non-compliance of the goods with the contract, the customer should return the product with a description of the issue to the Store at the Store’s expense.

  2. The Store will respond to the complaint within 14 days of receiving it.

  3. If the complaint is accepted and results in sending a new product or correcting the issue, all related delivery costs are covered by the Store.

  4. The Seller notes that differences in product images caused by individual customer screen settings (e.g., colors, proportions) cannot be grounds for complaint.

  6. Refunds for returned goods will be issued within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.


§6
Right of Withdrawal

  1. A Consumer who has concluded a Sales Agreement may withdraw from it within 30 calendar days without providing a reason.

  2. The withdrawal period starts from the moment the Consumer takes possession of the goods.
    The Consumer may withdraw by submitting a statement of withdrawal, e.g. in writing to the Seller’s address or via email. A template form is available on the Store’s website: Withdrawal Form. Sending the statement before the deadline is sufficient for compliance.
    The Seller will confirm receipt of the form submitted via the website.

  3. Upon withdrawal, the Sales Agreement is considered void.

  4. If the Consumer submits a withdrawal before the Seller accepts the order, the offer is no longer binding.

  5. The Seller is obliged to refund all payments, including delivery costs, without delay and no later than 14 days from the date of receiving the withdrawal notice. Refunds may be withheld until the Seller receives the goods or proof of return, whichever comes first.

  6. If the Consumer selected a delivery method other than the cheapest standard method offered, the Seller is not obliged to refund additional costs.

  7. The Consumer must return the goods no later than 14 days from the day of withdrawal. The return deadline is met if the goods are sent before it expires.

  8. The Consumer bears only the direct cost of returning the goods.

  9. If the goods cannot be returned by standard mail due to their nature, the Store will inform the Consumer of return costs on the website.

  10. The Consumer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, features, and functioning.

  11. Refunds are made using the same payment method used by the Consumer, unless otherwise agreed at no additional cost to the Consumer.


§7
Privacy Policy

  1. The Store Owner is the Data Controller.

  2. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to place and fulfill an order.

  3. The customer may give separate consent to receive marketing materials, including newsletters.

  4. The customer has the right to access, correct, request cessation of processing, or object to the processing of their personal data.

Intellectual Property

  1. It is forbidden to use any materials published on the Store’s website (including product photos and descriptions) without written consent from the Store.


§9
Entry into Force and Amendments

  1. These Terms come into effect on the day of publication on the Store’s website.

  2. The Terms may be amended, and customers will be informed of changes via email 14 days before they take effect.

  3. Changes will also be posted on the Store’s website 14 days in advance.

  4. Orders placed before the change will be processed under the Terms in force at the time of ordering.

  5. If the customer does not accept the new Terms, they must notify the Store Owner within 14 days of receiving information about the changes.
