Complaints and returns

Warranty

If you discover a defect in a product covered by warranty, please contact us. The complaint process is very quick and straightforward.

Note: Please keep your proof of purchase (invoice) and the original packaging until the end of the warranty period – they are required for submitting a warranty claim.

Complaints

Before accepting the parcel, always check whether it has been damaged during transport. If the packaging shows visible external damage, we recommend refusing to accept the shipment and then contacting us at: +48 502 092 300.

After signing for the parcel, you have the option to open it in the presence of the courier. If any discrepancies are found, a discrepancy report should be filled out – this serves as the basis for any later complaint.

If the purchased product turns out to have manufacturing defects or does not match the description, please follow the complaint procedure below:

  1. Send the product you wish to return to us, along with a written statement detailing the reasons for the complaint, the desired form of compensation, your return address, and your bank account number for a possible refund (depending on the store’s decision).

  2. Within 14 days of receiving your parcel, we will inform you by email or phone about the outcome of the complaint process.

  3. If your complaint is approved, we will compensate you within 7 business days from the date of the decision by either: repairing the product, sending a replacement item, or issuing a refund.

  4. If the complaint is rejected, we will provide a detailed explanation of the decision and return the product to you at our expense within 14 business days. If the purchase was paid for by card, the refund will be issued to that card.

Product Returns

In accordance with current regulations, you have the right to return an order within 14 calendar days of delivery without providing any reason, under the general rules of distance selling.

At Blachy Dekoracyjne, we go a step further – we’ve extended this return period to 30 calendar days for your convenience.

If you wish to return a product:

  1. Send the purchased product back to us.

  2. Include a written statement expressing your wish to return the product and the bank account number where the refund should be sent.

  3. Within 3 business days of receiving your return, we will inspect the condition of the product.

  4. If everything is in order, we will notify you via email and issue a refund to your provided account within 7 days. If the order was paid by card, the refund will be made to that card.

If your return is rejected, we will notify you by email. Within 7 business days, the product will be sent back to your return address at our expense.
